Installation Options for Maximum Efficiency

• Vertical Installation
  Mounted with the larger diameter at the top, the overlapping coils create a self-cleaning effect, effectively shedding debris and chips for optimal protection.
• Horizontal Installation
  In horizontal setups, conical spring covers are installed with the larger diameter facing the chip generation direction. Note that maximum expansion is reduced to 60% compared to vertical mounting, especially for larger diameters or longer extensions.
• Inclined Installation
  Suitable for small incline angles above horizontal, where performance is similar to horizontal mounting conditions.
• Series Installation
  Multiplespring covers can be connected in series to accommodate extra-long traversing distances or specialized machine requirements.
